Preparation of Bidding Documents and Projects of Statutory Provisions

Zusman Law Firm has developed an expertise in the preparation of bidding terms and conditions and in drawing up projects of statutory provisions. For a period of six years, Shoschana Zusman held the position of advisor to the Supervisory Body for Private Investment in Telecommunications (known by its Spanish acronym OSIPTEL). There, she organized several public biddings for the granting of subsidies to telecommunications operators through the Investment in Telecommunications Fund (known by its Spanish acronym FITEL), all of them having been completed successfully. As regards the preparation of statutory provisions, the Firm has participated in drawing up statutory provisions at the request of several public and private institutions.
