Zusman Law Firm has ample experience in the management of judicial litigations and administrative proceedings, mainly before the Peruvian Securities and Exchange Commission (known by its Spanish Acronym CONASEV) and the National Institute for the Defense of Intellectual Property and Free Competition (INDECOPI). Shoschana Zusman was a member of the Administrative Court of CONASEV. As regards judicial litigations, the Firm works as a team with procedural attorneys and assumes the essential part of the defense.
