- Resolution of Disputes by Arbitration

Shoschana Zusman’s strong academic foundation - 25 years of academic experience as professor of Civil Law and 3 years of experience in Legal Skills- have contributed to her being recognized as one of the country’s best-recognized arbitrators. She has participated in arbitration proceedings in different sectors, including telecommunications (dominant operator vs. the Government or operating company vs. the Government); mining (company vs. company); electricity (operating company vs. operating company or vs. the Government); finance (financial groups vs. the Government or financial groups vs. financial groups); civil work agreements (by and between private companies, and by and between private companies and the Government); service agreements (by and between private companies, and by and between private companies and the Government); legal stability agreements (by and between the Government and electricity operators and telecommunications operators); commercial agreements; disputes between corporation shareholders and in general disputes involving interpretation of agreements and claims for breach of contract, as well as requests for compensation. The amounts involved in the aforementioned proceedings range between US$ 500,000 and US$ 180 million.
